Videl was in pain from expelling Easter eggs from her vagina, so she pleaded with Majin Buu to reverse her powers. In an act of mercy, the monster does so, and C-18 takes advantage of the distraction to try and attack the villain. Though she was no match for the villain, C-18 used every ounce of her strength to create a distraction that allowed Krillin and Piccolo to flee with the children.

After defeating the Android, Majin Buu goes for Videl and loads her with C-18 into the Time Room. There, the monster proceeds to rape the women, starting with Videl. He starts by sucking on her vagina and licking it, then Buu turns her clitoris into a penis with which he begins to penetrate her.

Videl tries to escape, but it is pointless, she is rammed by Buu savagely. Her cries manage to wake up 18, but the android no longer has any strength and watches as her friend is absorbed by the villain. Buu wanted to have sex with C-18 now, but because of her defiant attitude, he was going to kill her, until he noticed a peculiarity of her breasts, and that is that C-18 could expel milk when squeezing them. Something that saved her life and made Buu want to absorb her even more.
