Videl finds her father Mr. Satan fucking one of her classmates, she leaves the room upset and the girl tells Mr. Satan to go on, that since Videl broke up with Gohan she is irritable.

To let off steam Videl goes out to fight criminals but when she defeats them, she fucks them to exhaustion when she defeats them, forcing them to promise never to do any more misdeeds. Videl continues to fuck all the villains of the city leaving them dry and exhausted making them all ask for forgiveness and never be bad again.
