Jessie retired from Team Rocket and took a part-time job and there he met Officer Jenny, and they became a couple, Jessie also inherited a fortune and ended up being a multimillionaire. One day, while watching a show officer Jenny says that she wishes there was a place where girls could find love, upon hearing this Jessie comes up with the idea of building that place with her money.
